We strive to always have fair and accurate pricing on all of our products, but sometimes unintentional mistakes happen. This includes, but is not limited to typos, misconfigured coupons, expired promotions and errors in promotional scheduling, changes in manufacturers and/or distributors pricing or rebates, changes in product bundles and more. Should a pricing mistake be made, orders may be immediately cancelled with a full refund being issued to the buyers payment method on file. If this occurs, you will be notified via email by customer support.

Where We Ship
BB-Cody.com offers shipping to all mainland U.S. states. We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
BB-Cody.com has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order from the carrier. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If an order is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping provider to remedy the situation ASAP. Shipments may be delayed by the carrier for various reasons out of our control, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery window. Packages which are deemed lost by us will be either replaced or a refund shall be issued at our discretion.
Once an order has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing items. We strongly recommend that all shipments be delivered to a safe, secure location to avoid unauthorized access and shipping insurance, signature on delivery and/or other precautions should be utilized on all orders.

Thank you for your purchase from BB-Cody.com. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Any item from BB-Cody.com can be returned, no questions asked. Items must be in brand new unused condition, sealed, and in the undamaged manufacturers original packaging. If the packaging is opened or otherwise damaged, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Defective products can be returned for refund, repair, replacement or another option as necessary within our 14 day return window. After 14 days, remedies for defective products may include referral to the manufacturer for service or warranty replacement. Please note that we make no guarantees on any product after the 14 day return period has expired and aren’t obligated to provide any additional remedies.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Insurance is also recommended because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, and refunds or exchanges won’t be provided for products that aren’t received by us.
Exceptions: BB-Cody.com will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective on arrival, the wrong item was shipped, or the customer did not order the item.
Return shipping labels will be provided by Customer Support via the email on file.
BB-Cody.com does not charge restocking fees on returned items that are in brand new unused condition, sealed, and in the undamaged manufacturers original packaging. If the packaging is opened or otherwise damaged, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, BB-Cody.com will process your return. Please note that items which show obvious signs of usage or wear may only receive a partial refund or may be denied completely.
Please allow at least 5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. BB-Cody.com will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
